Welcome to Kondria ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use paid features.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Business customers (e.g., gyms) must ensure their authorized users comply with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed via Razorpay, inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) where required.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We may change prices with prior notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe rights; (b) upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; (c) reverse engineer, interfere with or overload the Services; (d) circumvent security or access controls.

5. Your content & licences

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display your content solely to provide the Services.
• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Data protection & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. You must ensure you have a lawful basis to submit personal data to us.

8. Third‑party services

The Services integrate third parties for authentication, databases, hosting, payments, media, analytics, and messaging. We are not responsible for third‑party services; their terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and outages may occur. Reasonable support is provided via support@kondria.in.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose risk. You may export your data before closure where feasible.

11. Warranties & liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your unlawful use, content, or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the product or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
