Serviceability & timelines

• We ship across India to most pincodes via trusted couriers.
• Orders are usually dispatched in 24–48 hours (business days). Delivery takes 2–7 days depending on location.

Fees & tracking

• Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
• You’ll receive tracking by SMS/email once dispatched.

Delays

Bad weather, strikes, remote locations, or verification issues can delay delivery. We’ll keep you posted and work with the courier to resolve.

Failed delivery

If undelivered after attempts, the order may return to origin. We’ll contact you to reship (additional charges may apply) or refund (less two‑way shipping if applicable).
