Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

We want you to love what you buy from Kondria. This policy explains when and how you can return, replace or cancel.
Quick summary
- Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery (defects/damage: report within 48 hours).
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags, serials, freebies.
- Non‑returnable: Opened consumables (e.g., supplements), items marked final sale, hygiene‑sensitive items unless defective.
- Refund method: To original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Returns / replacements
- Start a request at https://shop.kondria.in/returns or email support@kondria.in with order ID, photos/video (for damage).
- We arrange pickup where serviceable; otherwise ship to: Kondria Returns, New Delhi, Delhi 110001, India. Keep the courier receipt.
- After inspection, we approve a refund or send a replacement.
Cancellations
- Before shipment: Full refund.
- After shipment: Refuse delivery or create a return once delivered. Shipping may be deducted if a package is refused without cause.
Exceptions required by law
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected. If a product is mis‑described, defective or not delivered, we’ll resolve per law.
SaaS subscriptions
App/SaaS fees are billed per term. You may cancel anytime; access remains till period end. Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable once a term starts.
